Luxury Holiday Home with Own Pool (Sleeps 7)
Our three bedroom (133m2) holiday home -  which we call Maslinova Grana (Olive Branch) - is located in the village of Vabriga on the west coast of the beautiful Istrian peninsula in Croatia and just a short distance (1.2 Km) to the sea.



This is a  new luxury self contained stone house built in traditional Istrian style. Finished in 2006, it has its own walled garden with private swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) and is tastefully equipped with a modern kitchen and traditional Istrian style solid wood furniture. The house has a spacious & shady south facing ground floor terrace with barbecue as well as a sunny poolside patio for alfresco eating. There is also a traditional Istrian open hearth in the living room, useful if you are staying in the winter months . Modern central heating is also on hand for winter rentals. The shady car port has space for 2 cars but parking on the street is also no problem.



The Perfect Holiday Home for 1-2 Families 

Our house is suited to a variety of needs.  Either one or two families can be acommodated in three bedrooms.  Alternatively there is space for 6-7 adults, with each bedroom having its own shower room.


Located at the quiet edge of the small village of Vabriga, the house is 10-12 minutes walk from the sea. All nearby beaches are of pebble and stone with crystal clear waters. Boat hire is also available nearby. Vabriga and the nearby twin village of Tar offer numerous restaurants and local shops and you are 10 minutes by car from the lively town of Porec and the more laid back Novigrad. The attractive coastal town of Rovinj is also within easy reached by car. Inland you will find wonderful vineyards, olive groves (and some say the best olive oil in the world) as well as wonderful hilltop villages such as Grožnjan or Motovun.
